How do you adjust the height on the pylon. My right side is killing me because my prosthetic side is too short. My prosthetist thinks it’s fine but it’s about 1/4 to a 1/2 inch off. I had to put inserts in my shoe to even it out.

If it is that far off you need to get a new pylon and cut it to length. You can’t cheat the height up that high in the adapter, it will keep sliding down. How long is your pylon now? Are you AK or BK? Reason I ask is we may have some laying around I could send you. On another note, if your hip is hurting odds are it is probably 90% the cause and if your prosthetist won’t listen to you, get a NEW one! You can email us at adaptivehumanity@gmail.com so your responses are not public and we will help you out, I can even do a zoom call or have another prosthetist that works with us do a zoom call if you need to help with alignment and set up.
