No roads, the infrastructure is at least 2yrs behind the housing boom. Home owners insurance is through the roof. It takes at least 30 min to go 10 miles. Its NOT affordable. The housing market cost has tripled in 2yrs. The average 1500sqft house is over $300k plus and there are no jobs to compensate. It's not good!!!😢
Horse Capital of the World huh? I currently live in Lexington, Ky. The real horse capital of the world. I've lived in Aiken, S.C. Thoroughbred Country. And possibly moving to Ocala soon. What I find funny is I have nothing to do with horses except betting lmao.

No, not a flood zone. Floods happen in Florida due to storm surge. Storm surge happens when water gets pushed on shore from the ocean. The ocean is an hour from ocala.
Too much traffic. No jobs. High crime.
