@@droplemmy ya it seems easy on paper but you aren’t taking into account that it’s a Floyd Rose. Unless it’s stabilized drop tuning requires you to re-float the bridge, which is a painfully long process of adjusting, tuning, readjusting, retuning, re-readjusting, and so on and so forth lol

I think psychosocial is wrote in Drop A or B with a seven string its either normal tuning or just one note down and not 5 Notes down which is always so goddamn hard to even tune there
Taurus or on a normal six string you can do what I like to call a “dropped” chord shape, where you drop the a string in a normal powerchord and have it match positions with the low e string. Octave is optional.

@Zomberg its played on a 6 string with in Drop A Mick Thomson usally uses 12 -56 size strings for it cause he uses a 25.5 scale guitar
