Unbelievable flooding Hits Southeast Minnesota... (2024 Summer Floods)

Waking up and looking out the window at nothing but water was something i'll never forget - what an absolutely crazy last few days! This flooding across the midwest has been a wild ride but I'm glad its finally starting to get back to a halfway "normal" state. Luckily I was able to sneak away and hammer some bass with my ole' man at one of my favorite small lakes - the Megabass Vision 110 Jr was the dream bait and it became uncontrollable with the bass bite as soon as I tied that on!

The flooding is crazy right now! Backwaters and Mississippi are very scary with how much current is pushing through

I can believe it! I can’t even imagine being out fishing the Mississippi right now… sheeeeesh! Good news is the fishing should be spectacular out there in those backwaters after levels drop haha

i was at the silver creek revisor on the 22nd, it was pretty hard shore fishing water was up five and half feet. still caught fish but slipped a few times 😅

Haha! I definitely slipped a few times myself the other day while checking a local river! This high water has been insane!
