  • Physics Ninja looks at voltage divider problems. In the first case (no loading) I consider an ideal voltmeter with infinite resistance and derive the voltage divider equation and use it for several examples. In the second case (loading) I consider what happens when we include the resistance of the voltmeter.

    For case two, when you factor out Req in the expression for Vout, you just threw it away. Can you please explain why is that?

    a lottttt of equations for such a simple concept, Nobody likes equations, please be more intuitive.
