Andreev looks incredibly strong. I became a team Bulgaria fan pretty quickly since I've started following weightlifting. And I never noticed how wide Nino's grip is when he's lifting before. He's looking good and healthy. Also it's good to see Andreea Cotruta again. I remember watching last years (Europeans) competition when she fainted and went on to lift again minutes later. I've been rooting for her and cheering her on since then.
It’s odd because you listen to Seb discuss Andreev and you can tell he’s one of his favorite lifters but he’s always getting the name backwards. Nobody’s perfect I guess.
Dimov is one of my favorite lifters. For the life of me I can’t explain where his power comes from. He’s fast but not Andreev fast, no muscles to speak of. Leaves me shaking my head.
5:03 is that Karlos standing and looking down to the peasant from outside of the stairs? XDDDDD Like Bruce Wayne looking down to the opponents from the dark :D
@@thechosenone93I watched it at 0.25x speed and it's definitely not sped up, look at the barbell bouncing in the background, it looks perfectly normal
Yeah they’re sped up, it’s really annoying. I don’t know why they do it They got called out ages back on Reddit for doing it and they stopped for a while, but they’ve started doing it again lately and it’s very frustrating.
Agreed. No music during their lifting would be best. I can understand music during the intro, or breaks in between, but not when they're actually lifting.
Why do you have to put yourself down for no reason? I don’t understand certain people on the Internet who do this;it’s almost like you’re trying to virtue signal. He’s been training longer than you probably have so why compare your feats to his?
@@paoloh885 It’s not a personal jab but I just get frustrated seeing comments like yours. Why compare yourself when they’ve been doing it longer than you?
I get the need to charge for your streaming. With the need for more eyes to be on the sport, I do wish there was a free option. Thanks for the recap vids!
Where was your behind the scenes of the Asian Championships. Don’t get me wrong, I loved it! Saw every weight class… But no behind the scenes, I training videos…wait not true…I did see you go up and congratulate Rahmat on his gold. But that’s about it 😕 I especially was looking forward to hearing your thoughts on the DPRKs team; they seriously stole the show! Oh well… 🤷🏽♂️
They do but when you become highly proficient at lifting you can just not use them. Even someone like me who is definitely an intermediate weightlifter can get away with not using clips
@@iielysiumx5811 I thought perhaps it depends on the quality of the equipment. Those in my family gym are wobbly enough that I wouldn't want to lift them without clips.

It has been said before but apparently it needs to be said again. His FIRST name is Bozhidar and his last name is Andreev.

I think he also mistaken Rira Susuki for a korean lifter once lol
Yeah, it is slightly distracting that he keeps saying some names backwards, people also kept saying Toma Loredana a few years back...
To be fair he has a crapload of names to remember

Definitely sped up,even people in the background suddenly started moving faster 😂
You can hear the change of audio

It is 100% sped up, I’d say by about 15-20% not huge but enough for it to be noticeable. They’re speeding up the third pulls and the jerks mostly
Let's GO Romania!
5:28 so fast it looks like she glitched out
I wish there wasn't the weird muaic playing duirng their lifting. The sound of the training is one of the best parts.
I can go either way. I do think some music and some pure audio is nice to break up the video.
Music is normally fine but it was too loud this video
I love the music

That Ivan Dimov is a freak. Way skinnier than I was before I even started training, but somehow snatches my back squat.

If you Olympic squat 135 at 61 kg bwt you’re pretty damn strong and don’t need to make any excuses to anyone.

very good video!
Asian and European Weightlifting Championship just held less than 1 Week interval ,That's pretty weird
Gotta squeeze everything in before July need some time before Thailand World Cup.
I love these videos
Bravo!

I love these videos but please stop speeding up the lifts, they are impressive in their own right. Let them speak for themselves

Dimov looks skinny and weak but lifting 130 snatch easy wtf
I love this sh!t.
I bet Andreev can't beat Rahmat😅
1:16 - Are we sure those weights are correct? Dimov looks way to skinny to be lifting that kind of "iron".
yes its correct
He because a champion at the snatch and second total 😀
Any plans to support watching live events from Poland?
Use a VPN
Song at 2:40?
romania and team italy girls are also competing in best in looks

Why is Dimov wearing a shirt that says Russia?
Same thoughts. It is at least improper.
Let the lifting do the talking, no need to get distracted by the superficial stuff like appearance or clothing.

How about, if you do not put a total up at the preliminary contests, like this, you can not proceed. That would put the pressure on totals only.
