I love how Bruce and Demi managed their journey with their children through divorce..I'm sure it had it's challenges, but they show how it should be done.
I put Bruce down in the last 10 years because of the movies he was knocking out. Knowing what we all know now I regret some of my comments. I was a massive fan back in the day and could never understand why he was making so many bad movies like he had lost the love for acting. I see Bruce for the great stuff he gave us and I wish him all the best for a comfortable future.
Great to see Bruce in natural 'not acting' form .. seems so down-to-earth and calm... just a chilled, considered, experience man with a good heart. Bob, wonderful foil for the interview also. Parky at his best.
I enjoyed his down to earth chats with famous figures back in the day, & Wogan. Thankfully now we have longform podcasts by people like Joe Rogan, who has recently chatted to Mel Gibson & Russell Crowe. I'm sure Bruce would appear if he was able. That would be awesome to see
Moonlighting was on T.V around the time where I was also watching the t.v series Friday the 13th. I WATCHED THEM RELIGIOUSLY. MOONLIGHTING WAS WHEN I WAS REALLY YOUNG BUT MY BROTHER WATCHED IT SO I DID TOO.
Die hard is a classic, my go to movie at Xmas and I loved the Last Boy scout, true 90s flick, Wish Bruce all the best, his turn of luck right now is awful.
@mikenewbold1699 Don't talk like that, we lost Robin Williams for a similar reason, are you saying he was right to kill himself cos his brain was failing him? Billy Connelly has got it too but he lives on with a good attitude towards it.
Salut. The fact that Parkinson talked over Willis repeatedly proved Parkinson’s contempt for his guest! Bon courage M. Willis, your reputation will long outlive that of the idiot Parkinson. I feel sure Dame Mirren would agree! Cordialement RB.
My favourate films of Bruce willis is Tears Of The Sun and The 6th sense ,Red and armageddon. The Die hard films are okay but not in my top list. His illness is very sad but he is lucky in one way by having such a loving family to take care of him ,even the ex wife moved in and they all live together for him.
This is old Rumer was 16, she's in her thirties now. Hostage was awhile ago. When he used to do Letterman it was great, he would do a cool bit. He was always a great comedic performer, even years after Moonlighting. So many other miserable people in Hollywood who deserve more to be suffering what he's going through. Hard to believe he was a stutterer doing those monologues back then in Moonlighting. I mean comedically he was on the level of the late John Ritter, Jim Carrey, maybe closer to Jeremy Piven delivering a line so funnily. A real conservative and real working glass guy who made good.
@pferreira1983 Sorry I missed your initial reply. His family and estate have worked with an AI team, using lots of video and recordings if his voice and mannerisms to come up with a voice program that can interview people in a way and style similar to how Parky would've interviewed someone during his life. Apparently the people interviewed are then asked about their experience afterwards.
I live near to Bob Geldof's home in Faversham in Kent. I can tell you that he is valued and respected here. He is no champagne socialist. He puts his money where his (considerable) mouth is! He contributes widely and without fuss or seeking publicity to local causes that benefit the community. These include the local foodbank where i have been a volunteer.
Tom Hardy is weird with those big ears and biceps but whiny raspy little voice so no, Bruce isn't Tom Hardy, he's the proper package. Bane was a laughable character in The Dark Knight Rises.
It's hard to beliwe there will be no more Die Hard movies! At least no more with Willis or under 20th Century Fox where it belonged! Disney will destroy any Die Hard prequel or God forbid remake, guaranteed!
From what I understand he just wanted to make as much cash for his family as he could before he had to stop. There's a few of those movies where you can see an earpiece feeding him the lines because he can't remember them anymore. It's very sad. He's a great character.
reminds me how frustrating parkinson was as an interviewer ...always talking over the guests and never letting them expand or finish a thought .....and absolutely frikkin hilarious he looks at geldof (horrible human) when he talks about rising above the petty bullshit and resentment and anger that comes with divorce because he was all about that bullshit and is a selfish prick to the end
Bruce is a down to earth person. Such a shame what’s happening to him. 🙏🙏Love his honesty. Bless him.👍👍
