    Kayla, I know you don’t read your comments anymore but perhaps your husband will see this and let you know. The free spreadsheet download with the 7 day rolling average is the BOMB…such an encouragement when the scale isn’t doing a lot but that rolling average is still trending down. Thank you for all you do…you’re such a blessing to all of us!

    Your videos are so down to earth...I can really relate to them. I have been intermittent fasting since Jan 1. I was pretty successful at first and by the end of March I could really tell that the change in my eating schedule had become a habit. It was normal. Lately I have been getting hungry earlier and earlier in the day and yesterday all hell broke loose. I started eating around 11am and continued all afternoon...in rebellion I guess. I am so glad to see this video this morning to help to remind me to get back up on the horse and carry on. I have a long way to go and I understand that it will take a long time but I can't give up.

    In terms of arguing with the scale...I weigh daily also. Before weighing I try to predict what the number is going to be that day. I try to be as honest as I can to see how close I can get. It helps me evaluate what I did the day before and what the results were. It helps with accountability. The mind game helps me.

      How accurate are you? When I’m honest I find I’m very accurate!

    I am trying so hard but it seems to have stalled, i hope it starts back up again. I know for s fact I'm not over eating, as a matter of fact if i eat until I'm full them i lack the calories i need to feel well. That's weird right?

    Ok I understand figuring out a weekly average vs daily scale reading. But isn’t it the same as comparing the number every Friday?

    • @paulettesmith1505
      @paulettesmith1505 6 месяцев назад

      Download her free spreadsheet…it has a 7 day rolling average which really is encouraging since our weight fluctuates daily!

      No because you could weigh more on the second Friday of two Fridays in a row and think you’re not making progress but if you looked at the weekly average, you would see you did lose
