I tried my own style in maqlooba ,i ddnt fry the vegetables just cut according into same shape eggplant potatoes tomatoes and put below the uncook rice so its not oily and it’s working and tasty,less oil too!salam

We really have our Own style of cooking. What I learned from you is what vegetables to put. I already have an idea of what is missing to add as an ingredient. Because I only put potato and eggplant. Watching you from Philippines but currently working here in Saudi Arabia 😊
