My family's way of making Arabic coffee is different, u first boil the coffee with water and a little bit of milk (yeah milk!) until it becomes non transparent ( you cannot see through) around 25-30 min, and then u turn off the stove and let the coffee rest for 2-3 min to allow the grounded coffee beans to go down.. then u add grounded cardamom and a little bit of ground cloves and Safran in your serving pot.. last step is to add ur coffee into the serving pot with the spices.. some people like to boil the spices with coffee a little bit though..
U can add also pinch of saffron &two tea spoon of rose water put it in the flaske then u can dump the boild coffee that will be going a good arabic coffee and make sure you keep the cover when you're boiling coffee because the smells going out so this is way to prepare a good arabic coffee thank you I love arabic coffee
I forgot to film! My husband and I went to visit my brother last weekend, and I thought, "My brother loves coffee, I am going to make him some Arabic coffee." I rewatched your video, and made the coffee. We all LOVED the coffee! My brother added a Vietnamese touch, (We are Scottish and Cherokee, but his friend is next door is Vietnamese.) and used a spoon full of condensed sweet milk. So good both ways. Thanks for the recipe.
Last year i was in Saudi Arabia but after coming back to home. I was missed Arabic Coffee & Kabsa in India. I heartily thankful for such a amazing videos. Keep it up.
Actually making Arabic coffee differs a lot between regions and even households.. I recommend people who wanna try Arabic coffee to try it at different places and from different people before judging if they like it or not :D
Just now found ur channel and its awesome.. Can you make a separate folder for all the desserts nd sweet dishes.. I would like to watch and try all the arabian desserts.

Assalamualaekum sister Eman Mashallah bil afiya.. Awesome video.. Love the cofee.. And the way you show it.. Definitely gonna try.. I have a question about the Cofee bean. Is it specific one for saudi cofee or normal one..? From where i can get it un Jeddah ..? Where it is available in powder form in Jeddah ..? Desperately waiting for your answers.. Jazakallahu khair 😘
I like what you did there, but I have a suggestion. usually when you cook the cardimmum for too long it will taste bitter, my mom taught me a way where you can add the spices to the Dallah and leave it closed for 15 minutes. this way you will have a fresh taste of the spices and will not be too strong. Amazing work you are doing in the channel keep it up. Thank you.
Hello, Miss. Could you tell me what type of coffee I should use so that it is clear how your coffee turned out? Light roast, medium roast, which one? Good video and very instructive. Thank you.
