No doubt Dark Tranquillity has it's own atmosphere...one that is full of emotion and power at the same time, timeless, dark and deep. Don't know how to describe it.
then again, when you see these guys playing live (especially Mikael of course) you get a very positive, almost uplifting energy even though the overall sound is dark and melancholic. You leave the area with a better feeling. And yeah, it's hard to describe for someone who never experienced it. Scandinavian Metal in General has that special melancholic Energy and D.T. is like the crown (not the band haha :P ) on top of it
I love the atmosphere of this track. DT is as good as always.....

I love Dark Tranquillity and they are amazing live! This song is so cool and Construct is a fantastic moody and heavy record, but why is this music video coming out now? It's been awhile. Anyways, neat video.
Ocean Sage I supposed it comes out now because after the release of Construct the band started touring continually '13, '14 and half this year '15, and Niklas is the one who makes the videos so maybe he didn't have time during the touring period, until now that they are a little more relaxed with free time.
Just love it. Everything, music, lyrics, video. Nothing more or less.
This was amazing. Can't believe I hadn't seen or heard this before. I wouldn't expect anything less from Niklas Sundin. His imagery permeates through this video just like they have been permeating on my favorite In Flames lyrics of old and DT lyrics. In my opinion what In Flames lacks is the highly imaginative lyrics of Niklas, not to discredit Anders but Niklas is on another level of creativity when it comes to that stuff.
I believe Mikael is the one who wrote the lyrics. Niklas wrote the music.

Fucking amazing song. One of the few metal bands that continually has great albums. I have my favorites of course(as we all do)... but they all have the essence and feel of DT. Sick video as well.
