A SUGGESTION FOR EVERYONE WITHIN 20 SQUARE MILES. DON'T DRINK YOUR WATER. ALL WELLS IN THE AREA WILL BE CONTAMINATED. THESE PLANTS NEED TO BE 20 MILES AWAY FROM PEOPLE. I THOUGHT ALL THIS GREEN TECHNOLOGY WAS SUPPOSED TO BE "SAFER" FOR THE ENVIRONMENT. THIS IS DOING MOTHER EARTH ANY GOOD, OR THE RESIDENTS. THIS MIGHT BE THE END OF THE TOWN. THAT LITHIUM WILL HAUNT THAT TOWN FOR YEARS.
This is so ironic, it's hilarious.🤣 Glad to know these batteries are so much better for the air, and drinking water than those dangerous gasoline powered automobiles where the gas tanks can explode, and the tailpipes put all those toxic things into the air. 😂🤭 With this happening, it make me ask WHY do they want electric cars to be 'the future'.
the city was given 7 million dollars. what did they do with it? get anti chemical stuff in case this happened, and protective gear. WRONG! they spent it on eminent domain to take town a church and put in a police station, but it doesnt stop there. they built a new pretty fire station with pretty bricks, but no anti chemical stuff. fire departments were coming from all over missouri to fight this fire, and were better equipped. and no, we dont got any wells in town.
@k.chriscaldwell4141 bad thing is. I work in that town. They just built a new fire station and are now building a new police station. They were never set up to be able to fight this kind of fire. Small town.

And wear a 3M p100 respirator filter 60923 or 60926, DO NOT BREATHE THIS
Could they possibly put more residentials at risk? How many more of these 'accidents' can we take?
Good ole ev batteries
NOT NEAR FREDERICKTOWN IT WAS IN FREDERICKTOWN

That doesnt look very environmentally friendly to me.
Not an accident.
I'm sure jobs were promised, but this looks like it's right next door to homes. Does this town also farm or pump from its own wells?

Gotta end the madness in this green agenda 🙄
So much for Joes EV pipe dream it’s all a big flop !
Nothing to see here just another tragedy.
Isnt foam used to put out these kind of fires?? Its a chemical.
Small fire department don't have that much foam, and yes it is but they used water!!!
YES They should use a foam specifically designed for lithium. Adding water makes it worse.
@MB-jg4tr Exactly
They generate/have their own O2. Foam does little.
