+BlindOut eric (Blindout) At 19 days or 456 hours play time means you would've played it straight for 19 out of 27 days. If you truly have played the game that much then I'm sure you've seen everything the game has to offer. If you have enough time to play the game that much you have enough time to work 3 hours and spend your own money on it. You can always sell it on once you're finished.
Just wonderin' does the cover of your guide collect finger/palm prints/smudges everytime you hold it like mine does, hell i wash my hands but whatever they used to make the cover makes it impossible to avoid this. Just curious to know as i can't believe i'm the only one with this (admittedly minor) problem. :)

can I use the guide for role playing game, ok im a rol-playing nerd so I d love if they make a fallout rol-playing version. and if it possible what kind of dice are useful?

Just like In United states they have 1$ 5$ 10 20 50 and 100 $ we have 2 Boliavres, 5 Boliavres, 10. 20, 50 and 100. to get 1 $ you need 800 Bolivares, which mean that anything that is import cost 800 times more, to put it in perspective the hardbook edition cost 22$ (No other cost applyed sorry bad english) so 22X800= 17600 bsf. The minimun Wage is 9000. which mean you cant get a book from a VIDEOGAME with the salary on ONE WHOLE MONTH YOU NEED 2!! But you cant just save the money in 2 months you have to live, you have to paid rent, cost, food and etc etc and the $ always go up, next month 1$ is going to cost 900$ and next year is going to be 1000 Boliavres is IMPOSIBLE The only to get $ easy is, To get a Job that paid in $ which is not very common, Work to the corrupt communis piece of shit goverment of us or the last option is well Drugs, steal, kidnapping etc etc and have a lot of those here XP so yeah how i got Fallout 4= Well saved $ since January and them BOOM bethesda announce FO 4 out of nowhere and i haved the 60$ in my Playstation network account and i wasnt expecting FO 4 to come out so soon, so well...yeah thats it.

Whoolee only the weapon damage, armour values and enemy health. How to complete quests and their rewards etc stay the same.

No because this collectors edition was released same time as the game so way before any dlc announced
