I feel twice was the least villain out of all of them, its the label this hero society put on him as he was spiraling down instead of helping him, he genuinely cares about the only people that give him a chance, and more than one, like Hawks said, he is a good person that was pushed and brought down to the wrong place
In this episode's ending a couple screens are added with Toga and twice and it makes everything even sadder
Twice at the end with Toga really gets me the "why do you get to decide that I was unlucky i was happy to be here"
