Love all your makes. ❤ wow, you made a lot! Thanks for sharing! I only do very easy and basic stuff now….when I can even get to that….I’m an artist and paper-crafter too…and I have a booth at a vintage & collectibles store…whew! A zipper and waistband would be a big deal for me…but I’m ok with joust doing easy makes. I just love the art of fabrics and sewing. And for me, it ties me to my late mom, (RIP Mama❤) who didn’t sew, (she tried to make me some Barbie outfits, but didn’t get the sewing gene…it must have skipped a generation, 🤭)but told me about all the clothing her mother made for her…even her underwear. Unfortunately I never knew my grandmother, as she died unexpectedly after surgery when my mom was 16. 😢
Thanks so much Nancy! That connection to family is so important! I really did sew a lot in July! I surprised myself. Back to my normal routine now. Thanks for watching and sharing! Happy sewing and crafting!
What a beautiful collection of clothes!!! My favorite is the blue and white striped swimsuit. That with the blue caftan by the pool will be amazing. Looking forward to your next 2 videos showcasing this capsule. I just finished a lined cordroy bomber jacket I cut out last Fall and it is way too hot to even think about how I will style it.
Thanks Ami! I can’t wait to wear those pieces! Headed to Palm Springs tomorrow! In a few months when it cools down you’ll be loving the jacket! Happy sewing!
Gosh! Do you sell your patterns?! They are amazing! I love the wide leg pink linen 'sew the look' pants with the belt. Do you know of a pattern that is similar that I could use? I am a new subscriber and am so glad I found you! Have a great holiday!
Thanks Alisa! I don’t sell patterns, I like drafting to just my size. I know Burda has a few that are similar, or Style Arc. So glad you found the channel! I’ll check my pattern stash when I get home. Happy sewing!
First time to see your channel. Nice makes. Lots of really cute ideas. I was wondering about he 'stick out' portion of the white pants you're wearing. I thought it was about a 'grading size' issue. But, I now understand it is the darts. Very nice concept of the shaping of pants without having a side seam. I have never done that, but will try it. Do you know why it has the little 'jet outs' at the high hip? I am looking forward to seeing all the items on your body.
Glad you found the channel. This pair was my wearable muslin so my next pair I’ll bow out my darts - that’s why it’s poking out a bit. I probably need to curve the angle out a bit or add in a tiny bit of ease. On this pair it will most likely go away with wear as the cotton loosens up a bit. I do love playing around with drafting! Hope you give it a try!
You’ve been a busy girl! Great makes!
Thanks Angie! Probably my most productive month!
OMG i can't wait to hear about how you liked the Trixie motel!
It was amazing! We had such a fabulous time! Our rooms were just gorgeous and we had so much fun. Perfect Girl’s trip!
You have a done a fabulous job of all your makes. Trust you are enjoying your time away.
Having a wonderful time! Thanks so much!

Beautiful clothes! What a handcraft! Wow. I just fell in love with the silk cammy (or does it spell cammie? 😅) 👍💕
Thanks Susanne! I love anything silk! I think it’s cami? Either way I need more!
Me too. I love silk ☺️
Amazing travel wardrobe. Congratulations and looking forward to seeing these clothes on you:)
Thank you so much Nancy! Can’t wait to share everything worn! Happy sewing!

Are you sure you don’t mean set in pockets on your slacks vs sleeves?
You're exactly right! Good catch!
Why not put buttons instead of the zip in the silk skirt?
Buttons are a great idea. I’m going to see what I can find that are light enough to work. Thanks so much Kylie! Happy sewing!
Love but maybe get on a little quicker at beginning?
