My mom just passed away a few weeks ago and I heard a Christmas song come on the tv and immediately flashed back to my mom singing along with her Johnny Mathis Christmas cassette tapes and how wonderful it was. So I had to find this song, which was her favorite and a favorite of mine to hear her sing. My brothers and I grew up with my mom always playing Johnny Mathis Christmas songs and they just don't sound right being sang by anybody else, in my opinion. He has a majestic voice and I love the family photos he shared on this video as well. So sweet.

Johnny's "Merry Christmas" album is my all time favorite Christmas album of any artist! I listen to it all year around, not just during Christmas! Second place goes to A Charlie Brown Christmas by the Vince Guaraldi Trio!
