As per the food standards you can use bare hands on un cooked foods but you have to cook 165^fahrenheit above So he’snot wrong once it’s cooked he’s not suppose to touch that with bare hands that case he’s wrong 😮
Just had Mutton biriyani from this place. Not worthy. Ginger garlic paste smell is very evident. Rice is overcooked. I guess other varieties may be good.
