half the stuff tuggs is talking about will never happen. He would have to convince the council to be on board with it and from watching max during the council meetings struggle to pass much more tame laws, tuggz will get literally nothing he wants done. realistically if you want to see actual bills and laws pass Max is 100% the correct choice for mayor, but seeing tuggz as deputy would be hilarious and would make for incredible rp
