i tried a build of this deck when i was randomly picking decks to try recently when learning commander. thought it was fun. so might have to buy it lol.
I would suggest it for sure. Not to much to get the deck going and lots of ways to power it up if you end up loving the control of it. I am an esper player at heart so any of these combos I am a fan. If you do build it let me know! :)
It would be for sure, just added value. I was just having a really hard time with the list making cuts while still having enough tap spells to keep the board under control. Once you start tapping people big threats they all want to take you out lol.
I did check the link so should be good to go! But I believe if it isnt taking you right to it there is search in my decks that can help. The decklists are always changing but should have anything I have ever added/tahen out in the considering section for any list. :)
I tried building a deck like this on arena in standard. It was a mistake. For a commander, however, it seems good. However, you play many instants and sorceries but there are not many cards that go with it

Being able to tutor out timin with his partner is still pretty good tho

I don't think Regna's sanction triggers Hylda since you have to be the one tapping the creatures, not your opponent.
