I’m in an online Elementary statistics class, and currently we have a final project with vague directions that do not make sense. Figuring out what I needed to do in the first place was difficult enough, but having no assistance from the professor in completing the project besides “you’re overthinking it” hasn’t been helpful. This video has quite literally explained what he tried to explain in an hour long video is 6 f*cking minutes. Some people should not be teachers, but you’re definitely not one of them. Thank you so much.

Thank you so much, I reallly hope no else has had a similar situation as I have this semester, but if you do then you know the struggles of having a class with a professor who does not do lectures (all open book). Channels like these make all the difference and I cant thank you all at HelpYourMath enough!

Please can you solve this for me?
The following table includes the gross national product (X) and the demand for food (Y) measured in arbitrary units.
    Year: 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2019, 2020
    X:6, 7, 8, 10, 8, 9, 10, 9, 11, 10
    Y:50, 52, 55, 59, 57, 58, 62, 65, 68, 70
    i. Specify and estimate the food demand function and give an economic meaning of your results
ii. Compute the Rsquare and find the explained and unexplained variation in food demand, interpret your results
III. Compute the standard errors of the regression estimates and conduct tests of significance at the 5percent level of significance

Sorry to pop your Bubble but 1.667×30 is actually not 35.001 in 5:00
    Let me explain
You said 1.666 repeating is just 7/6
    So if I multiply 7/6 to 30 it'll be
    7/6×30=210/30
    210/6=35
So in a sense it's 35 but kinda ok cuz it's kinda a rounding error. But my point here is that the answer could be more cleaner if we used 35 instead of 35.001
