no, they are pure steel pan. after purchased they will apply a none stick technic. it's a one-time process by glazing the whole pan with cooking oil then burn it under very high heat till it turned red. then finish the process by cleaning it with cooking oil. the 2 shade you saw was the wear n tear. none of pans in these clips are tafflon coated. Except the one from 1:06 to 1:12. ;(

From the smallest street vendor to the fanciest establishment. Thailanders are TALENTED and GIFTED in all they do. I hope to visit again. I miss their friendly faces and delicious food.
