    We're in 2024 and Sonos still hasn't been able to prepare a full-featured mobile app for 80% of the market. This is really disgusting...

    What if the indicator doesn’t flash orange & white, but just flashes white? Then what?

      Great question! If you're seeing a white flashing light, it means the Sonos system is booting up after being plugged into power or it’s waiting to connect to the network. Here is a handy guide for the meanings of the different LED lights: support.sonos.com/article/sonos-led-lights

      @@sonos Hey thx for the quick response. Thing is I was hold down the connect button when plugging it back in, hoping to get the bar to reboot because it suddenly stopped connecting to my router a few days ago. My other Sonos devices continue to work fine. So seems something is wrong with the bar.

      Thanks for the additional information. It sounds like you could benefit from a consultation with tech support. Please submit diagnostics on your system (from your app, select Settings > Support > Submit Diagnostics) and reach out to the team at support.sonos.com/contact so they can take a closer look into what could be going on.

      Ah, I had a support chat which is how I knew about the reset procedure. The support guy didn’t suggest the diagnostic step. I just now did that & will call again with that info. Thx again!

    Horrible app, none of your suggestions work. maybe fix that first because every Sonos product requires the app to be functional……………
