    Nice one again Rik, my mum used to soak onions in vinegar, I have never seen anyone else do that till now, those sharwoods poppadoms are so easy and nice/ well done again.

    just made the korma and madras with the pre cooked chicken , exactly like the Indian takeaway, wasted all that money on the books of the so called BIR experts cheers rik 👍
