My Ideas and Wants for the Next Animal Crossing Game!!!!!

- With the Switch 2 being announced I'm allowing myself to be excited for a new Animal Crossing game! This is a very casual video where I ramble about my ideas, predictions, and wants for the next Animal Crossing game. I hope it's a launch title on the Switch 2 but we shall see!

There are so many ocassions for food that could make the cooking mechanic work. Picnic, birthdays, new villager moving or visiting the island, maybe a holiday/event that revolves around cooking that you can get special ingredients during. They could even have a cooking NPC that comes by. Hell they already have one just for weeds.
@@MrTube420 Exactly! Franklin comes by for Turkey day but that’s just one day a year with him! Imagine if he could come by for more special meals!
Such a good point about having cooking activities related to villager interactions! I never thought about that and I think it’s such a good idea!
@@allieisnothere8389 Thanks! Cooking feels like such an after thought in this game and if it were used to flesh out the villagers I think both mechanics could benefit. Imagine if they could request crops and then cook u a dish with those crops!!! 💜
I don’t want more villager dialogue in a single interaction, but rather a larger pool to pull from. They feel flat. I agree that villager conversations are my fave. I love when they fight and stomp off 😆
I love the idea of little quests for a picnic. In past games, they used to invite you to play-a ball to chase or hide & seek.
BATS WOULD BE A MAJOR W. Dogs and pups! Cats and kits! Love that.

We used to have flea market day, where villagers could come in your house and buy your furniture; La-Di-Day, where villagers could suggest new town tunes, and Yay Day where everyone complimented each other. I miss the random little special days!

i agree with everything u said !!!! also i think it would be super cute if they did something like city folk, but more metropolitan! NYC,LA,SF feel! imagine u start in a crummy apartment then you end up getting a pent house / owning upgrading the building constantly ! then of course being mayor would come back too ! then we could get some old characters back and there’s more capabilities to do more.
I think that would be a fun side quest, like Happy Home Designer. I personally feel a large city setting would go off base from the original feel of our small villages. In “City Folk,” I enjoy the town aspect but I wouldn’t want to live there ♡

@@atinyfrog2426 There could be a ton of possibilities with that! Maybe we could live above Nooks! And he could ask us for advice on redecorating the old building we live in and such! Or if we lived in a sky scraper kinda building and all our villagers lived on floors below us!
When the switch was announced, I decided I wouldn’t buy it until an animal crossing game was confirmed. I plan to do the same with the switch 2! :)
I’ve played AC since 2006 and I am so excited-i hope we hear about a new one soon! :D
