Well thanks to you I went ahead and changed my spark plug wires and cleaned the Throttle body all by myself. The car started on the very first try. I have a 2006 Mitsubishi Lance SE and since your car was so similar to mine it made it easy to follow your instructions. God bless you I really appreciate your help I saved money and learned that you don't always need a mechanic.
My 03 lancer is jerking (it’s manual), so when I accelerate, it jerks pretty badly. Ive cleaned my intake and took it to O’Rileys to get it scanned and nothing showed up. So I saw this video and saw that if there’s too much oil in the spark plugs problems can occur. Do you guys know if cleaning/draining oil out of the spark plug holes can help with the car from jerking??
Thanks Much Could you also post of what part & number for your vehicle for the valve cover gasket set.? I also have hard time looking for 1 that surely fits. Thank you

Thanks for posting this. It helped a ton. Now my lancer is running great again.
awesome video man, i needed this when changing mine, two thumbs up
Ahhh, you make it look so easy. Thanks.
I am going to change the Valve Cover gasket thanks for the tip.
Is it necessary to put that thing on the threads
Plus the oil in the plug means you need to change the valve cover. There is a cover over the plugs.
Thank you!! Want plugs are OEM? Are they copper or iridium?
Thanksss 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Hi what park plug u using
Nice tool man
What plugs do you recommend? What ones did you use?
Thanks for the video is I helped me
Usually the plugs come with anti seize and gaped correctly out of the box. So no need for the Anti Seize and checking gap but it doesn' hurt.
Do you know where the PCV valve in this engine?
Is this 4G94 engine?
I'm trying to figure out which one is 4.
I know its old but where is the distributor on that engine
A lot easier then a 05 Ford Escape 😂😂
Thanks.
Did everything except gap the spark plugs but I'm misfiring when I accelerate hard
Did it misfire before you changed the plugs? Could be a spark plug wire issue if it was doing it before.
trying to change my spark plugs and wires on my mitsubishi
If you're getting oil on your spark plugs you need a new valve cover seal
Sloppy
