He is subtly hinting to the audience that he is in fact making his much anticipated cameo in the next Avengers movie. The final showdown between Dunkey and Thanos will of course take place in his home town, New Donk City.
You see, at 0:15, he makes a joke about the glut of Marvel films that have been released. This is yet another bit of foreshadowing that's easy to miss, but oh so vital to grasping the big picture. He thinks there have been more than enough films. It's time to put an end to the madness, and he'll be the one to do it.
