NK tail code!!! Abe Lincoln!!!, that's when they were in my CVW-14 Airwing back in 1997-2000!!! I actually touched that bird painted with the Christmas livery! :) VS-35 had Santa smashed on the nose that year,,,,(2000 WestPac) I was in VAQ-139, almost 50 now.....time flies
Mate your a legend!! Thank you so much for sharing that with me. I always feel privileged when current and ex service people take the time to watch and comment on my videos. So lucky to see this bird in the metal!! I doubt I will ever see an F-14 in real life before I move on to Valhalla, haha. I'm not religious but Valhalla seems to be the coolest place to end up!! I hit 50 and that's when I decided to start the RUclips channel, haha. My head feels young, but my body does not, haha and you realise how bloody quick time gets away from you. Its why I'm pumping out the videos, haha You never know when your numbers up!! I have done videos on aircraft from VAQ-133, VAQ-136, VAQ-140 and VAQ-141 and have a VAQ-132 and VAQ-142 aircraft to still review...I will be trying hard to get my hands on a Cougar bird!! Thanks again for taking the time to check out the video!!! I really appreciate it. 👍🫡
Wow, hope you have that lot insured 🤣. Century Wings certainly do make some awesome F-14's and certainly worth the price!!! Do you have any Calibre Wings ones? And you can never have too many Tomcats in your life 🤣 thanks again for watching and commenting 😀👍
Thats pretty hard, both builds are really great quality. CW are probably a little dearer and may have a couple of little extras, like swappable engine exhausts and maybe some minor extra detail. Also usually have a limited card too if your into the limited numbers thing 🙂HM obviously a fraction cheaper. In my opinion it would come down to the livery your after first. Once you find a nice livery then see which maker hopefully produces it. And also comes down to the dollars as well. The only thing that would make me prefer CW over HM is the numbered card for your model....haha Im a limited numbers kind of guy...makes me feel special,haha...and also helps you work out how rare the model actually is. I dont know off hand how many models HM does on each of there releases....so to me they seem less exclusive...but again its just me. If none of that factor in, just get the one that's the cheapest that your like. Both builds are fantastic, and you won't regret either in my opinion. Hope that helps, haha

You're right you can never have to many tomcats lol I have 5 caliber wings, 10 hobby master, 5 JC wings, and an assortment of other little ones!
Wow what a beast!
For sure, I do love me some tomcat action 🤣. Thanks again for watching the video 😀👍🇦🇺
Do you prefer Century Wings over Hobbymaster for their Tomcats? I'm having a hard time deciding which one I like best...

Shes a beauty. anything with a swing wing gets my vote.
Excellent, then you'll enjoy the 3 F-111's I will eventually review out of my pile, plus another 3 F-14's 🤣, I have a Torando hiding somewhere too 😉
Bro where to buy?
I bought this off a seller on eBay mate. Hope that helps a little. Thank you for taking the time to check out the video. Cheers 😀👍
