Saw Steve Miller @ the Fillmore East. His bass player (Lonnie Turner) wore blue high top sneakers. Steve Miller opened for Mountain. Steve Miller was great, Mountain (with Felix Pappalardi before his wife shot/killed him) was LOUD.
His wife shot him for playing to loud? Lol Can see why, in 75 my freshman yr at college, Saw some of Leslie West & Ted Nugent in the bball auditorium, 3rd row middle seats. Loudest concert ever. Was only 19, but man had to leave. So we exited with our wine skins and assorted party favors, We enjoyed the remainder of concert outside leaning against building, under the starry sky on a beautiful Autumn night. A recent Bonamassa concert was a close second. The sound guy must have thought it was outside stadium concert, not an intimate 2000 seat theater. At $400 up close seating, we yelled between songs ''turn it down'', to deaf ears apparently. Was totally bummed, paid $400 for a massive all night migraine.

yes, the toe with the bunion is tapping...
Your own toe, or somebody in the band? Cause I can't find any bare feet 🤪😂
What key is this harmonica in?
The band is in the key of F#... Norton Buffalo is playing a B harp in 2nd position.
thought it was a Hohner Blues Harp in the key of "C" with that detectable high pitch !!!
B#
Why does this video look so old? C'mon! I'm only 62!
Norton Buffalo on harmonica
Love Steve Miller and love Mercury Blues, but that was a pitiful performance of it....
