I was working with a guy the other weekend and he had an Led dance floor except it did not work, he blamed the metallic confetti, has any one else suffered with this issue and if so what do you recommend as a fix? Worse thing was he did not offer a refund !

dj Simon WXM Hi Simon, that's sadly the Chinese Copies of dance floors on the market that use wireless contacts (avoid at all costs as the product isn't fit for purpose) between the panels to pass power between them. Ours is all wired internally and underneath for rock solid connection. The metallic confetti on the chinese ones (and also from another UK dance floor manufacturer) causes a short in the panels which in turns causes the floor to fail.
The fact the supplier did not offer a refund for a faulty floor product is disgraceful. All of our dance floors supplied to events are fully operational, are supplied to a high standard and presented impeccably. To hear of such a story as yours is just a sign of the 'couldn't care less' attitude that some companies have.
As we say to everyone - our business is about the high end supply of dance floors to the event and rental industry. Great service, friendly people, and dance floors that impress!
