People don't realized how hard it is to hit the high notes like Dami did while sitting versus standing. She is one of the best singer in live concert compare to other famous singer using auto tune to assist with their singing.
What an amazing journey for Dani!! From not having enough confidence in her voice so that she didn't even invite her parents to her initial performances for the Austrailian X factor to this! Her beauty was also hidden and now, she's simply stunning .. and with a voice that pierces to the heart... wow. Go Dani! I hope she tours America soon, too.

The more I listen to Dami’s The Sound of Silence, the more I love it. She is my favorite new artist. And to the guy’s comment about American’s not speaking other languages... you are quite laughable. Apparently you haven’t been here. Not everyone is multilingual, but the majority of American’s speak more than 1 if not several languages.

Political content is not supposed to be allowed and Ukraine presented song lyrics that it knew would capture the support of so many Europeans, especially after what the Ukrainians have endured in recent years. It would have been different PERHAPS if the singer sand the best - she Didn't - the Australian singer should have won. Eurovision is BULLSHIT to me after this. :(

Soda Pop That's backing vocal's voice. All of the contestants in Eurovision had more than two backing vocals since the stage was so big and crowd were huge as well. This was her 2nd rehearsal and backing vocal's voice was a bit louder than the actual live show. This girl can sing so she doesn't need to lip-sync like those talentless fake singers do 😉
you are right she was not singing, because they do so many rehearsals they got her to sing from a backing track, this particular rehearsal was to rehearse her movements only not her voice, and to save her voice. Dami has the best voice in the business. They are not allowed to Lyp sink in this competition in the finals they would be disqualified.
