    EFT, commonly referred to as tapping is said to rewire your brain by sending a calming signal to the amygdala; this eventually helps us return to a state of ease, rest and logical thinking. The way it works is that, we tap at least six times on each specific meridian end point on our bodies and while we do so we also focus on the situations, challenges, stories or limiting beliefs that are stressing us out or holding us back, we do this by repeating a series of sentences that acknowledge that challenge or situation, and we also work on reframing the stories we tell ourselves regarding the situation we’re trying to overcome.
