    This video was very helpful to me! I'm 6 months out as well and I'm within 5 pounds of my goal and I've gotten lax in everything. Need to get back to the basics and plan my meals. Thanks for the great reminders!

    I am at the 1/2 way point of my 6 month presurgery diet. Hearing your struggles, your honesty, is giving me a better sense of what I'm in for. I know every journey is different, but your candidness is so nice!

    Glad to hear you started pre-planning and using MFP again! It's a really helpful tool. I know the vitamin deficiencies shook you up this week. Thankfully it's something you can rectify immediately. I notice when I have lack of energy or I'm tired and need naps that I need to be more consistent with my vitamins. I really like to organize my vitamins at a week at a time so I can see what I accomplish and how much I don't. Just refilled this morning and I was 5 out 7 last week. Not perfect, but I strive for it every day! Xx

    Great news to have lost your re-gain. Interesting to hear of the deficiencies from your bloods. At least you know now so that you can do something about it. I hope your energy picks up quickly. There's so much that we have to get right, it's a full time job keeping up with it all.

    I'm sorry that the protein levels and things were off. We do need a wake up call sometimes though. I'm so glad you lost your gain. Back to the drawing board!!! It's good your gyno is addressing your hormonal issues. Maybe I'm mistaken but I always thought with weight loss that your fat releases estrogen and causes your levels to go up not down. Maybe it means it leaves your body so you have less in storage? Hopefully it will work for you. It usually takes a while for the pill to kick in. Good luck getting back on track!!! 💗😘💗😘

    I am so glad you lost those 3lbs. Hope your energy and strength gets better. Don't feel discouraged, we can still lose it's just gonna take more effort than before but we got this. I'm doing a challenge so I hope you can do it with me.

    i hear you completely omg I'm almost three months post and I'm weak just doing random things. i don't feel it sitting only when up. I very pale and I'm bruising. I. getting like 65mg of iron a day but still feel like crap. I'm getting labs done. I'm extremely moody at my family which I'm noticing.i have no Patience lately. and no mood for sex either. it's insane.

    I never thought to use My Fitness Pal to pre plan my food. Good idea!!

    Haahahahahhahaha! Take your vitamins or fall apart and die! I bet you never thought of that. LOL

    Don't worry, it takes time to get the new routine down. Water is very important but you know this. What is the doctors recommendation for the vitamin levels?

    Glad you lost the gain I know that has to feel good. Please don't fall apart and die. I am not a pill taker so I'm going to look at the patches. I have been iron deficient before and it's no joke.

    well, haha, ummm yea, its true. We dont want you to start falling apart like a defective Barbie or anything, so yea, take your vitamins woman...a little bit of a harsh way to put it but I guess that is Facebook, right? Big Hugs sweets, best of luck keeping yourself together.
