    You follow Peter Attia and therefore you should do 80% Zone 2 and 20% Zone 4-5 (HIIT like you mentioned). You can confirm this by a lot of sources by Dr Peter Attia is the Father of this right now.

      Yeah, I believe one of the resources I looked at mentioned his name quite a lot. I'll continue my normal exercise routine while including the Zone 4-5 and see how things go!
