Just a quick correction at 16:45. You say Arcturis will go supernova relatively soon in astronomical terms, yet, at 90% the mass of the sun, Arcturis will not go Supernova.
You seem to be aware of this as you mention it simply shedding its outer layers to become a planetary nebula, yet the worst supernova was nonetheless mentioned in such a way as to expect a singular massive explosive event. Just wanted to point that out so your information is as accurate as possible.
    Everything else is fantastic.

33:35 - Kepler 70b - "The celestial object's orbital period is 345 minutes. In other words a day here is less than six hours long."
I believe you meant to say "a YEAR here is less than six hours long", otherwise you would be talking about rotational period, but this object probably doesn't have days since it would almost certainly be tidally locked with one side being forever in daylight and the other in perpetual night.

I noticed other things that were in accurate as well. Arcturus Star won’t go supernova into a white dwarf. It’s not massive enough. It only has 10% more mass than the sun. To go supernova it needs to be 8-12 times the mass of the sun and when a star does go supernova it turns into a neutron star or black hole. Not a white dwarf like the video said. He also mentioned the Alrair star. It’s Altair not Alrair.

I’m enjoying the video but I’ve noticed some inaccuracies. Arcturus won’t go supernova leaving behind a white dwarf. It will follow the same route that the sun will go through by burning off all of its hydrogen while getting quite big. It’s not massive enough to go supernova. The video says it’s has 10% extra mass of the sun. The mass needs to be 8-12 times the mass of the sun to go supernova

At about 17 minutes in, narration mentions a star of 1.1 solar masses will go supernova? Wont it just expand into a planetary nebula leaving behind a white dwarf? Earlier it was said that a blue star almost 2x our star's mass will supernova and leave behind a white dwarf. Won't a supernova leave behind a neutron star?

He was incorrect in the video. A star needs to be 8-12 times the mass of the sun to go supernova. Arcturus isn’t big enough at only 10% more mass than the sun. And when a star does go supernova they either turn into neutron stars or black holes. Not a white dwarf.

yeah don’t forget that the narrator is just some dude who reads someone’s else’s script (most likely). so yeah that whole thing about our sun being able to go “supernova” kinda confirmed to me that this dude has no idea what he’s talking about and just reads from a script lolz

I tried to look up the Alrair Star and all I found was Altair. Apparently Alrair is a misspelling.

Wow that is the first big mistake I've ever heard you do!!!! First off archers won't go supernova second off when something goes supernova it doesn't end up a white dwarf it ends up either a neutron star or a black hole Suns like ours end up like a white dwarf! Kosmo you stand corrected! I'm a big fan so hope the mistakes stay few and far between

He also said Arcturus was the brightest star in the northern hemisphere, when that honor goes to Sirius.

    L0L, "the yellow dwarf"?
Nothing about the sun is yellow. It's actually a bluish-white color called Cyan. The only reason why it sometimes appears yellow in our atmosphere is the same reason reason we see rainbows, light refracted on water molecules. It's also why the sunset sometimes appears red or orange or something in between.

You must have misspoke supernovas never produce white dwarfs, but on the other hand a white dwarf can produce a supernova. The outcome of a supernova is always either a neutron star or a black hole. Both of these objects are way more massive than a white dwarf. And for a white dwarf to go supernova it has to acquire at least 1.4 times the mass of our sun, then it will become unstable and go supernova. This is called a type 1A supernova.
