Hi sir, is it a right time to buy property worth 3.5 cr in BLR? Around Harlur Road. Or should we wait for 6 months to year for prices to cool down given that there is slowdown in general in bangalore in terms of jobs and pay cuts

IMO growth potential of India over estimated. In next 20 years BLR will be an urban slum. No govt having any intention to improve the infra in BLR. China within 20 years developed many mega cities. I dont see any vision from any political party to build world class cities. Save this comment will meet after 10 years.
@@kishenmilaney traffic. Parking charges for car. Online is cheaper. Good to watch movies or may be wedding shopping which is once in a year. Add lift going in n out from 25 story building. D mart has long standing queues for order. For very less savings who will waste the time. That does not make sense.
