diet growing up also plays a huge factor. Thats why it’s crucial to eat properly as a toddler going into your teen years to maximize puberty. I saw a study that shows it only takes one generation of eating bad foods to mess up teeth and jaw development.

Lot of assertions here and no demonstrations of grip strength. How does the body even know how strong your tendons are? And aren't everyone's tendons capable of holding a ton more weight than their muscles? And the assertion that it's mostly genetics sounds like cope to me. Maybe you aren't as good at training it as you think.
@@thishandleistaken1011 I hate saying it’s due to genetics but some people are born with more dense tendons than others. I followed it up with you can train it over a long period of time because of how long tendons take to develop. That’s just the way it works. You have some people that never train grip and have an extremely strong grip, you get people like mechanics or use their hands a lot that develop strong grip over a long period of time and use. I’m saying in a Gym training routine it’s going to take a while. I thought that was more truthful than doing some clickbait thumbnail saying “get stronger grip instantly” it just doesn’t work that way.
I do need to improve my grip. I spend a lot of time typing and my tendons don't feel too strong. I feel it when I'm doing heavy dead lifts or chin ups.
