same way im feeling. Great story, player looks amazing for his size and we got him late in the draft so its not like we gave up a huge pick for him. Not to say that he wasnt worth a higher pick the teams are just scared of his height which Ive never understood from the stand point of a running back.

As an ESS & kinesiology expert, I'll say this much: phenomenal pick! The main takeaways, balanced center of gravity during runs makes him difficult to tackle in general, it's lower than most defenders; even more challenging.
His stride is incredibly shallow, it affects his top speed, but gives him an almost immediate ability to contact the ground for transition. His hip control is fantastic, he knows how to swing his inertia through the apex of a cut; a Very difficult ability to master; that's where his smooth jolting comes from.
Proprioception: he is VERY aware of this body placement in accordance to his surroundings and positions himself instantly and effortlessly to finish the play forward.
Vision & reaction: the guy sees the path like a black diamond skier cutting through trees. He sees the path and finds the best path to get past it with no hesitation or fear of contact. He's slippy and has defenders looking like they're playing on ice. They cannot keep up with his shifting fluidity.
His jump cut is another level, AP caliber. There was a play where he leaped from the 1st to 2nd level like a bullet through the gap.
This guy is going to be a problem for the NFL. I know they're bigger and faster at the top, but this guy has plenty of reps and toughness to keep up and his frame & style make it more difficult the bigger you are. Arm tackles aren't going to cut it with him, the moment he gets held up, he spins out with great ball security.

Like Barry Sanderson. Love it when he runs in a straight line and seems as if he's about to be tackled at any time but just finds that seam. Love the shallow stride and control observation but I'd like to add how he combines it consistently with the brakes using his back foot to change direction. Hadn't seen that in a RB in a while. CD does it all the time too.

    New running back duo:
Take a Deuce, finish the job with some TP. Hell yeah.

The more I watch of him the more I envision him playing more of a Cole Beasley slot role with occasional rb snaps.

Man he’s so hard to tackle because the defenders are giving it all they have just keeping up

If he was a few inches taller I have no doubt he would’ve been taken before the second. His stop and start is insane to go along with great speed. He honestly looks faster than what he clocked at the combine. He turns up the field in a hurry definitely a steal!

I enjoyed this video. Deuce has a true amazing skill at the rb position. He does look undersized in these highlights, that is going to be the only concern in nfl. There are a lot of big ass dudes on the opposite end of that football. I think he flashes this year for the boys. But I don’t think he will ever be a top 10 rb.

Love this pick for the boyz. Will be a nice complement to Pollard. Defenses are going to be worn out by halftime chasing them two all over the field

This dude will be the steal of the entire draft! He may be small in stature but huge in ability. He will be the x factor for us this season !
