Thank you bro this worked... To some people who face a little hang in the browser and then the browser runs slow want to give suggestion to them:
1) turn off the browser and reopen it (only if you have logged in the web whatsapp and facing this issue)
2) ( Before logging into web whatsapp) If u have turned off the "Use hardware acceleration when available" and then relaunch it and try to scan.. it will not work.. u will have to switch it again and relaunch again and then try to scan
Maybe this will help :)

It's easier to just click on LOG OUT and restart the process again.
