I'm under 20 Jake! Started watching your frostpunk videos a few years ago and I really enjoy your methodical approach to video games. Maybe I'll catch you live someday.

Unstoppable with the bow, only when shooting at the deer. The wolves dodge all your arrows and chew you up like a toy.

Q: "Why are you making fire hardened arrows?"
A: "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger"

I like watching you largely because you play things you want to play for reasons that are your own. That and you keep your chat well maintained.

Shoda gone straight for the moose first thing. U had markings by the dam. Pelt is very important plus the meat is non preditor and can level up cooking fast

The bear at the unnamed pond is best taken out by climbing one of the two or three downed trees in the area.

Stalker-level wolves is going to make food a non-concern in all regions except Zone of Contamination. You need to be extremely prepared before heading there with your settings, any wolf could kill you from full health in a single struggle with a little bit of bad luck and you can't even eat them.
Also, I can't imagine Bleak inlet and Blackrock being reasonably navigable with this many wolves.

Also if you ever use the travois, be very careful about where you put it down. Many reports of travois disappearing beneath slopes.

They produce a noise I can't stand when you're overburdened the entire time you're moving... i listen to your videos with a headset and it's like nonstop negative reinforcement... I just wish you could turn it off... it's like a bunch of pots and pans clanking around... is there a mod for that, or could you reduce your carrying decisions to get rid of it? That noise just makes an otherwise wonderful 5 hour video unenjoyable, I'm sorry for picking on such a minor thing and I'm sure it doesn't bother anyone else

@@anotherplatypus the clanking of pots and stuff being negative reinforcement?
To me that's just the sound of having everything you need. If you can rewire your brain to read it as "safety", you'll be good (until you tip over on the other side into hoarding) :)

@@anotherplatypus I've had to replace quite a few lines of "code" during the two and a half decades I've technically been an adult. It's a useful tool, hope it helps you :)
(Also, in case the "how to" didn't get communicated; just tell yourself when you get it wrong that you're getting it wrong, until you start getting it right at an acceptable level. Remember to feel the feeling you get when you think more positively, as it reinforces the learning.)

@DDRJake I see! Look forward to it. Finished watching the vod today, and I must say, bearskin bedroll actually has saved my rear before. Got caught in a blizzard after harvesting a deer kilometers from shelter, and was able to sleep and stay warm in the bedroll with just some wind shelter. Also, I'm probably one of your "youngest" viewers, clocking in at 24
