Thank you for this clear walkthrough! I'm moving consumers to the App experience via Teams. Seems simpler and more convenient for most viewers. Aside from 365 groups, I'd like to see additional Audience options. For example, the ability to show/hide individual Report Pages rather than the entire report. I suppose the current work-around is to split Reports to cater to the audience experience.
How do you only update a single or some reports in the app while still working on others? is it all or nothing? also, many organizations have outside partnerships and just want to send a pdf version - is that possible?
Well, App also means sharing a snapshot not real time data. My data refreshes everyday and I need the users to see the updates on a daily basis. This means that I have to manually update the App everyday.

Note that apps can currently have a max of 25 audiences, not "as many as you want". at least not yet :)

Individual report and semantic model level access need to be defined for user though app is configured with the audience, am i right ?
instead of App , Can we use Separate workspace as my users are more than 25 per report

No data will refresh as per the refresh scheduled. Only the changes that we do report - development level needs update app.
