- How to use TDI to assess for impaired relaxation, which precedes systolic dysfunction (RWMA) and ECG findings in patients with ischemic chest pain. Potential to reduce cost and ED length of stay with use of TDI for patients with low risk chest pain.

As far as the measurements in TDI are on the E ' wave , why in patients with AF we cannot assess the diastolic function ?
