I have to totally agree with your reviews. After seven plus NCL cruises, Le Bistros and Cagneys are the only upscale specialty restuarants. Great review :) !
I just got off the JADE today was on a Canadian cruise and the food was awful and was the same food everyday and we did the Brazilian restaurant and total waste of money it was nothing like advertised small buffet bar and very stingy with food. Main daining wasn't good at all and staff wasn't friendly or around at all. Thank god for the beautiful scenery at the ports which as the only thing good about the cruise. Will NEVER sail on Norwegian again will definitely be sticking to Royal not just because of the food on the jade but the staff and total experience sorry one thing that was amazing was the cruise director Gareth Jones hands down best director I've had on any cruise I been on
My wife and I and our two sons are going on this ship in September of 2021. I know this doesn’t have as much “fun” things to do on the ship, especially for my kids. But we got the best deal for this cruise with unlimited alcohol, the meal thing, and a balcony room for the price of a windowed room. Isn’t there an outdoor restaurant near the pools that serves burgers and such?
We were on their Jade last week. The Food on this ship was so bland, and tasteless. We do not agree with the quality of the main Dining room food. Worst Cruise Ship Food in 20 years of cruising.

I was 10 days on the ship in 2013 and had a great time, great food . Very clean . No complaints at all . Crew was very motivated .
Spot on I never ate at the Italian place due to the menu not looking good at all. Love Cagney's.
I spent 38 nights on Jade my last cruise,just before covid, have the osso buko in La Cucina, its excellent
I took a trip to Greece on the Jade. The food was just okay.

one reason i love the jade it has good food 24/7 but the very disappointed Italian as nothing was right and far the worst Italian
