- i truly can't describe my excitement for this channel :) i have dreamt of sharing my experiences in spain in a more creative way for so long and today is finally the day. this first video is a fun little vlog type video spending a magical spring day in madrid with some people I love. i will also be sharing so much about what it's like to live here and everything i've learned about the mediterranean lifestyle and how to apply it to your life no matter where you live. @@rachelanne2 hola, el tamarindo es una fruta, y es simplemente jugo de tamarindo, agua, la fruta y azúcar 😃, es muy fuerte de sabor por lo que rinde bastante, es muy refrescante. Me encanta este canal en inglés, imagino se te haga mejor el proceso de edición, me alegra muchísimo que sigas creciendo en RUclips. I am so glad for you, and I'm going to be around, bye

I agree, it’s better when you walk to certain places in the US we’re used to driving everywhere. My brother lives in Ukraine and he mentions how he likes walking everywhere more 👍🏼
I have a Canadian friend who has been in Spain for five years and it's funny, because she also tells me that they go everywhere by car and here, on the other hand, we walk to many places. I would never have thought that something as normal as walking every day would be something unusual in other countries.

@@rachelanne2 haha maybe that restaurant mixed both cuisines, because the other dishes belong to both countries (Im ecuadorian). I'm glad you guys enjoyed your meal and yeah, you need to go to an ecuadorian restaurant haha and try bolones, encebollado, arroz con menestra, seco de pollo.

Rachel por favor, aprovecha lo que tenemos en este país. Usas limón de botella y es taaaaaaan fácil tener limón en casa y exprimir un poco en tu plato. O comprar cebollas y pimientos frescos en vez de congelados….aprovecha aquí que es fácil!

Hola rachel , cuando abriste la lata de mejillones te la jugaste , no abras las latas asi , te puedes hacer un corte grave , debes poner la mano izquierda en el otro lado de la lata , asi evitaras cortes , un beso

Just one thing. The paprika has to be mixing with some liquid rapidly. If you don't do that the paprika is burned and the flavor can be awful.
If the texture of what you’re adding it to is dry, that’s a great tip:) mine was very moist due to the peppers and onions being frozen!
