  • After being exposed to the Cornish weather for over ten years, the Giants Head at The Lost Gardens of Heligan was starting to show his age. Local sculptors and Friends of Heligan Sue and Pete Hill, returned to The Lost Gardens to restore this world famous sculpture to its former glory.

    I made a mudhead in my mailbox bed. I dug up soil, clay, dirt.. watered it & shaped and molded a 3x3 head shape. I used grasses for hair & eyebrows, clay rim for mouth & shards of clay for ears. A mustache was chives…trimmed of course! It was quite a popular thing to have in my neighborhood here in Arizona.

    Sorry! , could not hear or understand you, what with the birds, construction noises, AND the music overpowering your voices! Shame... i really wanted to hear
