TheWolfePit hi
since you also like cooking real food, make a batch of bannock dough, make fry bread from it. dry grease from it. add pizza toppings, bake. my fav is using a good pizza sauce, good (mozerla), toms, cheese, onion, bell peppers, shrooms, and ham.
Larry, not being biased here, but women tend to crave salt/sodium more than men, medical fact, which is why mrs wolfe probably did not think the totinos was as sallty as you did. On totinos, i prefer to buy the pepperoni pizza rolls, a $2.50 bag would equal appx. The amount of totinos pizza you had. The secret is to bake them in the oven and not nuke them in the microwave cause they get soggy. We do not have food lion here so no comment, and digorno is overpriced for the size in my opinion.if you have them there, red baron is the best frozen pizza for the money. Usually 2 for $5.00, and you can get thick crust or thin, i like thin as it has a crisp to the crust. They have several varieties, pepperoni, 4 cheese, supreme, etc..., i think if you try them , you and mrs. Wolfe will settle the debate easily, once and for all, they are that good, talk later buddy.
@@stevelogan5475 you are correct that I think Red Baron is just about the best as frozen pizza goes but nothing beats fresh from the oven pizza.
@@frankw3217 that is true in most cases my friend, but i also have had some really lousy fresh pizza from the oven, usually chains of pizza parlors.
Totino's is glorious trash pizza and i love it.
I only ate it when it was round and came in a box you could use as a plate.
David Oksendahl use the box as a plate ?

I hated the pizzas in school, with that plastic cheese. Torino's however are actually really good and fairly good quality.
Idk why everyone says that. None of my school pizza tasted like totinos. It was good but didnt taste like totinos.
@@XBLHAX I think its mostly due to the shape and the diced toppings. School Pizza was always great, always the best thing they had and would go quickly, but I agree they don't taste the same. School Pizza has a more doughy crust, and a lot heavier on cheese.
They recently found those recipes schools used and threw them up on an archive site.
Dude, those Totino's party pizzas are amazing. I don't even care what's in them, they're addictive. Like crack. Who knows, maybe they have crack in them too...
Either way, I add a little extra cheese, sit back, enjoy the 10 minutes I spend eating them, and then spend the next 3 hours regretting how fat I am...
Worth it.
I have a weird love for Totinos. I have no idea why. Something about the crust i think but every now and then i must have a Totinos supreme party pizza. By the way Totinos does have a classic pepperoni with whole slices of pepperoni.

Totino’s Party Pizza has (and always) will be my guilty pleasure. To be honest, I always “doctor” it up with real mozzarella/provolone blend, Italian seasoning, and maybe some pepperoni or ground beef. But it still tastes good as it is out of the packaging. I think it has the best tasting/crunchy crust. Face it, the crust makes the pizza. Some of those much more expensive pizza crusts taste like cardboard.
I TOTALLY get your comment and please read mine because I think we feel about the same way about Totino's.

Theyre ok. Good amount of sauce Nd cheese but idk the whole french bread thing is kinda weird. Its just a weird shape to eat.
I was about to write this. I love the french bread pizzas👏👏👏
Those were a treat when I was a kid!
Stouffer's is like the last of tv dinners that are actually good, and good for the price.
You want to cook those Totinos pizzas on the rack without a pan and get them well done. That makes the crust crispier and cooks the toppings better IMO.
I used to work at a Pillsbury plant where they made Totinos pizza and pizza rolls. I actually accidentally stopped one of the lines once shoveling pepperoni into the feeder out of the box it's delivered in. This was back when the pizza was round. Fun times. Back then the cheese pizza was 100% real cheese, it came in big blocks we'd unwrap it and feed it into a shredder right on the line, then a belt would feed the shredded cheese into the hopper over the line. Don't know if they still do it that way.
You gonna get sued
Celeste pizzas aren't as good as they used to be back in the 80s and 90s. They shrank a lot and they're skimpy with the toppings. I wrote them over 10 years ago to complain and they said they did it to maintain the 99c price point.
Wow. I give them credit for admitting that. Most companies won't admit that their foods were soy-free in the 70s and 80s and now are loaded with soy. But once again, they have to hit a price point.
I love the taste for some reason so when I buy them , I usual purchase extra cheese and toppings to “ZOOSH” it up a bit 😅
_I hate it when companies focus on the price point, rather than flavor, quality and quantity!_ 😤
The unspoken bit after.
"...maintain the $.99 price point." 'while also maintaining our profit margin.'
Dollar tree carries red baron pizza's, surprised you didn't include one of those.
I believe he already did.
Should've replaced the digiorno with a red baron from the dollar tree. The digiorno is good, but the price point doesn't compare to the rest.
Red Barons is also the same company as Tony's Pizza and Schwann's.
That's a good pizza so probably no reason to try it.
Red barons sauce is disgusting very cheap tasting it's legit watered down tomato paste
You can get Totino's party pizzas with sliced pepperoni. Red Barron is my favorite though.
Same here. Party Pizza or Red Baron thin crust (throw some sliced pepperoni on top), or wait for 50% off deal from Pizza Hut or Papa Johns :)
anyone remember when totino’s were still round and they used a different type of sausage? it was ground up almost like taco meat but it was soooo good. they switched to a different kind of sausage back in like 2011 and it’s never been as good
They were much better when still round. Even though that still had that faux cheese stuff, it seemed they were saucier and better. Mind you, I still buy the squares occasionally. It's a guilty pleasure cheap meal.
I once tried to cook a pizza while drunk. 350 minutes at 15° didn't work.
Next time try cannabis 😂
That made me LOL for real

Do ovens even get as low at 15 degrees?
Totinos when it's on sale for $1 is my jam
That Mama Celeste one looks like a play doh pizza factory right out of the box. And not much better after cooking. Lol
Trust its terrible I have no clue why I ate them when I was younger but even adding extra real cheese they were still garbage tasting don't recommend them .
Those totinos party pizzas were a big part of my childhood lol
Celeste pizzas used to be my favorite when I was a kid, too. I like the taste of the sauce and the crust was nice and crunchy. They used to be better in the 90's because they were bigger. Then they shrunk them, so that they could keep selling them for around $1. Also, the directions for how to cook them in the microwave changed. They used to say to put the pizza on top of the gray disc and place it on top of the box, in the microwave. Now, I think it just tells you to cook the pizza on the gray disc, but on top of a plate, instead. I'm not sure, because I haven't had one in a few years, but when I did get them, I'd still cook it the old way, because that's what I was used to doing. The disc makes the crust crispy by reflecting more of the heat or microwave energy into it, or something. I might actually go buy one now for nostalgia sake.
To this day (50+ years), Totino's remains one of my favorite frozen pizzas. It's cheap, and I like the waffled crust.....well done.
1.88 for totinos is a RIP off. Never paid more than $1.25
same comment I was gonna make
Da40kOrks lol I live near Seattle and it’s like $2.50, everything here is so expensive
I used to like when they were a dollar or less. But for just another dollar I can get bigger pizza. So I stopped buying them.
They upped their price since they now offer a slighly larger pizza an use a bit more real cheese. But yeah $1.88 is still a lot to ask for Totinos Pizza. Guess it where he lives since for me the " new and improved" Totinos Pizza is only $1.30.
I pick them up 10 for $10 all the time.
Mama Celeste is spinning in her grave over that ingredient list on her pizza.
So I'm not sure if I'm just imagining it, but Celeste was way better like 15 years ago, right? I remember really liking them as a kid, but had the same reaction as Larry when I had one recently.

Never liked DiGiorno. Totinos is my favorite personal pizza. But the best frozen pizza is Red Baron!
I also like Red Baron! I grew up eating and as a kid I remember there was a local pub by the lake that cooked and served that pizza.
If you buy a pizza and if it only has a few ingredients on it you can add your own veggies and cheese to it although it will work best with pizza that are not $1.
I bought a California Chicken with Ranch sauce pizza on sale so I added black olives, diced tomatoes, red onions, red roasted pepper strips, and extra mozzarella cheese.
I didn't stop there and added some herbs to it like Basil, Oregano, Za'tar, Marjoram, Parsley, and Red Pepper Flakes.
Mr. Wolf Pitt when that pizza was cooking it smelled so good that I wanted to pull it out of the oven and eat it right there!
Before I never thought of putting extra ingredients on a pizza but since a friend told me to try it I do not regret the decision!

Totinos pizzas are actually really good, but I like salty. Oh and I can usually find them for about $1.
The Totino's one is $1.29 here (sometimes $1 on special), so what I usually do is buy the cheese one, and when the store-brand sliced pepperoni packs are on special $1 each, I'll stock up on those with like 5 packs. And for under $2 still, I get a much better cheap pizza. And I'll usually use a coffee filter or two to dab up some of the grease once it's out and cooling down.
I grew up on the Totino's pizza. I don't remember them being $1.88, but I still occasionally buy them today. They are cheap, but still delicious for the price. They are DEFINITELY a personal pizza though. Anyone who thinks you're going to split that with them is going to end up getting their fingers getting bitten off.

Celeste pizza when I first started eating it in high school back in the early 70's was very good. They're slogan was "Abbodanza", which translated to abundance - in toppings that is. But then something happened. Probably when ConAgra took them over and started cost-cutting. They even had the larger pizzas available. Now it's just the "pizza-for-one" variety.

The best way most frozen pizza tastes good is when it’s made in one of those little pizza ovens they have in bars or taverns. It cooks the crust perfect usually without burning. They are usually big enough to bake a Tombstone pizza. Well worth the money. You can also cook flat hot sandwiches in them also. I have even made Ore Ida frozen fries in the one I had instead of heating up a big oven.
Totino’s Party Pizza is awesome. Totally agreed on the crust. Right on the oven tray without a baking sheet is the only way to fly. I also love that I can usually find it on sale for a buck, and it takes up little space in the freezer, so I can keep them around for a RUclips and chill night in.
