I live about 12 miles from this place and film the subway trains. I wanted to say that I’m mainly a huge fan of idol anime such as Love Live, D4DJ, and Bang Dream and hoping that I can visit this location since I go to a church every Saturday which is 3.5 miles away from it. Came to this video to see how it looks like!
Thanks! I recorded this with an iPhone 14 Pro, and I used the DJI Osmo Mobile 6 for my stabilizer. It definitely reduces the amount of shaking when walking around!
I'm watching this at home wondering if I should buy 2024 tickets. Do you think this is a good convention to invest in and is it good for a first anime convention? Also, do you know how much you're likely to spend at the convention? (not including badges and parking) Idk why I'm so late. 😭
Do you live in the NYC area? For a first anime con, picking something close to home will help with travel planning. ANYC has a big variety of things because it's a large convention. It depends on what you're most interested in. Is it special guests, panels, cosplay, or merchandise? You can spend a little or a lot and have fun either way; it depends on your budget.
Well, I live up in Pennsylvania, but I wanted to go BIG for my b-day! I tried last year, but I got interested too late and my parents said no bcs the badge prices were super expensive + delivery. I'd like to go to this one bcs it's like Anime Expo, but closer to me and not as big. I also am still under 18 so I have to take a parent, but to make sure they let me go, I will pay for both of our tickets. Since I can't have a job yet, I need to start making $$$ as soon as possible. The thing I'm interested in is all of the stuff in Artist Alley. I need to set a goal bcs I KNOW that I'm not going to spend more than just $50. I sadly can't cosplay but, I'm saving my $$$ for Artist Alley. If your reading this, Thx! IDK how this turned out as a whole dang essay. @@CrisuCh
Ahh! I'm just re-reading and I messed up. I meant to say, " I need to set a goal bcs I KNOW that I'm not going to spend just $50 " Sorry for the inconvenience! :) @@CrisuCh
ANYC is a great choice if you want to go big, and you're right that it's a better option than Anime Expo. The badges are indeed pricey unfortunately, but the convention center is huge. You'll have a great time in Artist Alley, because there are very many tables. Now that they moved to August for 2024, it shouldn't be as cold. Be prepared for long lines getting inside the convention! I left that part out of my video, but it's certainly a factor in the morning hours. @@Midnight-fx2xx
@@CrisuCh Alright Thank you! Are you going to Anime NYC 2024? I'm tryna go 1 day, so how much should I bring? Idk bcs I asked others and each person gave me a diff number lol. Thanks for the tips! Sorry to bother you and have great rest of your day! :)
Who else was there and is here watching this because you are back to life as normal and need to relive this and remember what fun is like? 😢

Cool vlog! what kind of camera setup did you record the vlog? It seemed so stable throughout the video.

I just gotta ask. What camera are you using? Cuz I love the video quality.
Thanks! I'm actually just using an iPhone 14 Pro. They take good video, and I have it on a stabilizer to reduce shaking.
Hilarious how the US Military is trying to recruit people there. 😂
