Lemme make it simpler, Kuma obtained the title because he was forced by the world government to do things that he doesn't like which may be the reason to the tragedy behind his people [don't try to imagine what he did]. It takes huge dedication and will power to be WG's 'dog' and at the same time an undercover revolutionary officer/founder Kuma has seen almost the entire atrocities that the world government has done and prolly explains the facial expressions that he usually convey.

And then his power of pushing concepts. Pain, energy, exhaustion, sadness, he can repel it all out of enemies and allies alike and get them back on their feet.

When Kuma first appeared he was scary as a surprise warlord when the crew was already exhausted from fighting another warlord. Then he demonstrated his power for the first time and he was terrifying. Out of all the villains in the series, he had the most presence from the second he used the Paw-Paw fruit. He was the one villain I straight-up couldn’t imagine the straw hats beating and figured something else must happen or he must have some cheat to beat him like using water on Crocodile. Then he turned out to be an ally after not being present for even one full arc (this guy showed up for less than an arc and was never a main antagonist and is STILL the coldest villain in the series) and pulled a show of power. He could’ve decimated the entire crew effortlessly. Kuma absolutely saved the entire crew’s life and is as much a protector of the Straw Hats as Rayleigh Shanks, or Dragon. Without Kuma the straw hats would’ve died before hitting the halfway point.

You’re probably right that he saw his daughter in horo horo chick, but always saw it as he always sends people where they want to be so they never return, and because they never return people think he kills them. My thinking was he does this to almost every enemy

It seems like his ability hits you perfectly in the right angle and with the right force to put people where he wants them to be. With that theory in mind I don’t think he can as he’s never been to Laughtale, but if he can send people by coordinates than he probably could after reading all of the Road Poneglyphs
No one is more kind hearted as kuma in the entire one piece world, no one endured as much as kuma did and yet nothing could ever change his heart, its hard to even imagine how strong his spirit is, thinking about everything he did and trying to understand this character is overwhelming, kuma is way too much impressive massive respect.
After reading the latest manga chapters I can’t help but think more of these fights where Kuma was simply an enigma. Now he’s like my favorite character. What a tragic backstory!

Not to mention him taking the pain of everyone in his village on himself to relieve their suffering, looking at his entire life when it was revealed he never did anything for his own benefit and always tried to help others regardless of the consequences to himself, what makes this so admirable is the fact he did all this in a world that rejected him which shows how truly kind this man was and he truly has my respect.
