Rushing isn’t illegal. Ragging is but that is target attacking a single person or group of people for the sole reason of harassment. One iteming isn’t ragging and he can choose to play how he wishes.

Been pking today on my 10hp 99 str 59 combat account and it's ridiculously fun, mainly killed bots but made over 10m in a couple of real players too, got so involved in maxing my account I forgot how ridiculously powerful albeit fragile our build is :p

If you think about it, when we round numbers... its the closest 0 so if you round your HP you're still 10HP. Kinda. If we squint, and do 15 shots of sambuca.

Did they lock stats yet? Jagex said they'll release a setting that will keep you from leveling stats this way people won't get def if they don't want it.

Have you considered the possibilities of a 10hp Ironman as part of a group? It does take the achievement from your current build, but it would make acquiring certain items easy. 4 special builds and 1 main to collect the items? Who knows what you could make with it????
(IDK the possibilities, I didn't spend a lot of time thinking though the concept and im definitely not a PKer)
The problem is, as far as I am aware, group ironmen do get xp from pvp encounters, just at a reduced rate. So eventually you would level up and move into higher combat brackets

I like the idea of low risk pking with an account specially made to 1 item PK but I haven't really found a video or guide on what is a great account build for 1 item PKing, or if there is variants for different preferences etc. Maybe this is a video that you can make considering making! If anyone replies to try to explain it to me, just want it to be clear im very much a noob at pk'ing

Attack from quest rewards, strength from pump at blast furnace, magic from non combat and range with a cannon

rofl i did this in 2007 with 82 magic for ice blitz 50 attack and like 89 strength and it worked back then , person just pked some1 -> ice blitz -> granite maul got em 8 out of 10 times

but help me understand how this is different then someone ragging or one iteming? Both of which are allegedly bannable offenses if done to some streaming for "player grieving". Whats "allowable" about this versus someone ragging? Both have equally low chances of killing someone.
I think this doesn’t hit the line of ragging because ragging is pretty much purposely pjing people and wasting supplies. I guess when it comes to risk it is the pure bracket which isn’t well known for expensive gear
