    Who answers their phone when it rings? That's what voicemail is for

    If I get that kind of call, I would simply hang up on the call and just call my cell phone provider directly and ask them if anything weird is going on with the account.

    Also the default pin for most carriers is either 1234 or 1111 so make sure you change it! In samsung its very easy to do so just put in the default pin depending on if your carrier is tmobile or verizon

    Which is safer, cash or digital?

      @@johnrobertd748 both have their own advantages and disadvantages. At least with cash you can limit the amount of damage.
