Fantastic job, If I had outdoor space like that I would not be disappointed. Have you ever thought of asking the customer to make sure the area is free of pots, furniture and anything else, otherwise quote for the job with and without labour...You did a great job!
That's a great idea! On larger jobs like this I tend to be a little more courteous, on smaller job we would ask stuff to me moved
@@KirbsideCleaning Don't forget to ask if there's anything they don't want moved. Some pots and statues are fragile and could crumble or crack if they're shifted. We just lost a beautiful angel statue we had to move for re-landscaping. You don't want to either feel bad about or be financially responsible for someone's "dearest great grandmother's" favorite statue of a snail 😂😆
@@christinekesler8964 this is an issue we’ve had in the past I always check both ways now. Unfortunately in this instance they wanted everything moved but there was one casualty

What a beautiful property, but it was definitely grimy. You must have been exhausted after moving all of the furniture and potted plants, power washing, treating, rinsing, and replacing everything you’d moved. Very well done and it looked spectacular!

It kinda gets me how you're trying to beat up the grime with the power hose and the dirt is like "och, no mate, ain't nothin doin" then you throw the power horse at it and it's like "oh aye, forgive us our trespasses, sir" and comes right off. 😂👍
let's not forget how long it takes for camera work and editing 👏🏼👏🏼(editing alone takes at least 4 hours )

That does look like a huge amount of work, with a pretty setting. Glad the people are working to see the upkeep done. (Are you doing the mossy roof as well?) 4:06 is a treat, beautiful colors and even a surprise Grime Line. That was a good sample of a bewildering amount of furniture and plants to be shuffling around...and not spraying on. Just noted you hit typical current weather and are getting dripped on as you work. It is nice that furniture can be renewed by washing. You seem to have run into a second area where Black Spot was getting a toe-hold. Overall, the cleaned paving and brickwork are going to really set-off the home and pretty grounds. 24:24, was that a remote lawn mower suffering confusion over pots on the lawn, in its way?? Laughed. A great upgrade there.
I'm noting more about the transition to bigger jobs. They have different conditions. You aren't setting up and breaking down as much, but work steadily more hours, for more days. How to get adequate rest, mental breaks and nutrition in the face of strenuous work are changes. Your equipment is used more steadily, may have parts and wear to consider. The furniture and plant moving could need "assist equipment" as that too is more in volume, size and strenuous. Some surfaces are now going to be visible from more than one angle and would be an addition on bids, as walls. About 13:49 you started discussing noting the difficulty level of the job.
Someone grumbled about "free" last minute add-ons on a different channel. The consensus was that you are there, on a job, so you might charge less for additional work for less travel, gas, etc. but a fair rejoinder is, "I'd be glad to add that for_____, as I'm here." Something as a wood chair, requires low pressure, two treks to adjust pressure, and each piece of wood can have four angles to wash. Not "simple", "quick" or "easy".
Absolutely, from someone who obviously understands how it works Robert, you get it. But the majority of customer do not which leads to inevitable ‘whilst you’re here, can you..’ statements.
The robot lawnmower had me laughing as well all day. It worked harder than me! 😂

Lovely work. I do my own. This is the first video that I have seen that is more area than my own areas (I have an awful lot)/ Whenever I have not done it myself I always move things in advance. The owner's stone slabs are lovely and I liked their plants - lots of ideas for me there. My main current issue is black spot and I did one area with the brush but that is very hard work so am looking for ideas.
You want sodium hypochlorite for the black spot, will shift it easy! Just keep it away from the plants
FIRST TIME VIEWING. THAT WAS ALOT OF WORK. I ALWAYS WONDER ABOUT PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN SO MUCH GREENERY AND THEY POT AND POTS AND POTS OF PLANTS. WHY??? WOULDN'T IT BE BETTER IF YOU JUST PUT THEM IN THE GROUND. SUCH A WASTE. WONDERFUL JOB. HOPE YOU GOT MUCH NEEDED TIME OFF TO RELAX AND RECHARGE.

I Worked in the orthopedic world for a long time, one hint on your back , let the machine do the work ,not your back, you are moving tooo much side to side and bending over , way too hard the pressure will.do it by itself watch your posture and you won't have so much back issues, do be!I've me ask a chiropractor or therapist , watch out now so when your as old as me you on won't be in pain lol , the English people seem to love those heavy vases ,yikes anyway good job ,stand up straighter please

I can’t believe someone with that fancy property would leave it to such a dirty state!
They did have it cleaned but just hadn’t used chemicals so it got dirty again super quickly!! Now it’s had a proper job it should stay nicer for longer
